TALL WALLS – Easy & Fast:   To achieve a monolithic poured TF wall over 12-feet high, contractors use a method called stitching.  This entails stacking the components, alternating the height of I-beams and poly panels, creating a full height wall that can be poured in continuous lifts.  Poly panels are slid up to create openings to pump in the concrete while limiting the free fall to eight feet.  After placing concrete, the TF panels directly above are slid down to create another lift area.

CONCRETE CONSOLIDATION - TF System® was engineered to allow for concrete consolidation, eliminating voids and honeycombing.  Consolidation makes concrete walls stronger, resulting in better structures.

WALL ACCESSIBILITY - TF System's® vertical design allows for access to the interior wall cavity during installation.  The polystyrene panels can be installed one side at a time, similar to conventional concrete forms.  TF System's® unique open design makes reinforcement simple to install in any desired pattern.  After the walls are set up, the polystyrene panels can be slid up to again allow access to the interior wall cavity.  This means no worrying about forgotten reinforcing, no problem allowing building inspectors to view rebar, and crews can remove debris or dropped tools from inside of the wall cavity.

PILASTERS - TF System® was designed to efficiently and effectively meet the unique designs you encounter on job sites, even pilasters can be formed with the components. 

ATTACHMENT -  After pouring, the TF System provides R-25 insulation with strong, predictable attachment points for hanging drywall, exterior finishes, fixtures, cabinets, and décor.
